    I'm only giving this place 4* because the food isn't necessarily stand alone as great. It's not bad at all. Just not better than any other BBQ place either. However, this place has an awesome waitstaff. They are always so friendly and attentive. I have 4 kids and our group can be a handful when we are dining just us so imagine when we are with a second family! They always just roll with it, keep positive, and never mess up our orders or anything. That's what sets this place apart.

    We drove in from Colorado and had 4 hungry boys. This place is incredible! The waitress was adorable and the food was mouth watering delicious! Big portions, so glad we experienced this restaurant!

    My family and I have been here several times and always enjoyed our pick of the menu. Prices are reasonable so we can bring our family of 5 and not break the bank. We were quick to be seated and served our meals. Our waitresses are always super friendly and checked on us frequently to ensure everything was to our liking. We will be back !

    We are visiting the Springfield/Branson area from Buffalo and stopped in for lunch. The food is absolutely awesome, the service was awesome and Ed went out of his way to to make us feel like we were at a family BBQ. Ed does a phenomenal job preparing the food and he and the others working there are so accommodating. Love this place and wish we had one up north!

    I had the burnt end plate. It was pretty tasty. It’s not Gates in KC, but it’s definitely good for the Springfield area. The restaurant is decorated well and it’s clean. Service was friendly. Prices are decent considering the portion sizes are large enough to get two meals out of each entree.
